Stephen C. Bartlett, Owner, Head Mason Foreman
For over 50 years, Stephen has worked directly in the construction industry. Over the course of nine years, he worked his way to the top of the masonry trade. In 1971, starting as a tender, Stephen discovered his passion for bricklaying and became an apprentice and later journeyman while working for A.J. Willette Masonry, Bonnette, Page and Stone, and RC Foss; all out of New Hampshire. In 1980, alongside his brother Andrew, Stephen went to work for his brother-in-law at D.J. Beane Corporation, where he served as a masonry foreman for many numerous projects in New Hampshire. In 1983, next to his brother Andrew and with the help of two friends, Stephen started Mas-Con Corporation. For over 34 years now, Stephen has been the lead mason foreman overseeing countless projects throughout New England. His expertise and understanding of the masonry and construction industry is astonishing and invaluable. In his free time, Stephen can be found with his nose in a book, or enjoying time with his wife, his three daughters, and his two grandchildren, Ocean and Mason.
